One of our most popular indoor sessions, Punch & Burn combines circuit training with high-intensity exercises to deliver an explosive and energy-packed workout experience.

During the class, we use a variety of equipment to challenge the body and maximize training results. After the circuit phase, we move on to mitt work, where precision and technique take center stage, and finish with an intense session on the heavy bags to build both strength and endurance.

Punch & Burn is one of our most loved classes – known for its intensity, drive, and powerful atmosphere.
