This session is for those who want to improve their ability to act under pressure during offense, while also building confidence, increasing endurance, and strengthening the body.

Through structured drills and exercises, we focus on teaching the fundamental aspects of boxing. Our coaches guide and support each participant through techniques and tactics that help boost self-confidence and the ability to handle various offensive situations.

This class is not only a valuable learning experience — it’s also an intense workout that develops both conditioning and strength.
