What we collect

When you register as a member on our website we store: name, Swedish personal identity number (or date of birth and gender if you don't have one), email, mobile number, address, whether you are registered as living in Malmö municipality, your answer about photos and video and – for members under 18 – the guardian's name, email and mobile number.

Why we need it

• Membership: so you can become a member and be added to the club's member register.
• Grants: the club applies for activity grants for its members, which requires the personal identity number and whether you live in Malmö municipality. The number is only used when necessary for this and for secure identification in the member register.
• Contact: to reach you, or your guardian, about training and membership.
• Photos and video: we only publish pictures in which you appear if you said yes. You can change your answer at any time by emailing us.

How it is handled

Your registration is stored temporarily in a protected database with our web provider Cloudflare. Only authorised people in the club can see it after logging in. Once the details have been entered in our member register (SportAdmin) they are automatically deleted from the web database after 30 days, and always after 180 days at the latest.

The map on the contact page is shown by Google Maps. When the map loads, your browser sends data (such as your IP address) to Google.

Classes are booked in the Glofox app, where you create your own account.

How long we keep it

Details are kept in the member register for as long as you are a member and after that as long as required for the club's grant reporting and accounting.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have incorrect data corrected and to have data deleted when it is no longer needed. You can also withdraw your consent to photos and video. Contact us at info@limitlessboxning.se.
