Basics & Burn is a dynamic training experience that maintains a relatively high pace to challenge participants at various levels. Through a combination of bodyweight exercises and coordination drills, the session offers a well-rounded and energy-packed workout.
Participants get the opportunity to unleash on the mitts and practice different punch combinations that activate both body and mind. It’s an excellent chance to apply fundamental techniques and drills learned in previous sessions while sharpening and refining boxing skills.
Basics & Burn is designed to be accessible to everyone – regardless of experience – and offers a valuable opportunity to challenge both physical endurance and technical ability.
