A session designed for youth, with a focus on building a safe and solid foundation for young boxers. The class emphasizes coordination and footwork exercises to help participants gain a deeper understanding of boxing as a combat sport.
It’s a fun and active session that combines the fundamentals of boxing with playful partner drills that strengthen the mind, technique, and body.
